I am caught

In a wave of well-being,

Picked up

By the surge,

Borne upon its energy

Until I glow

As fierce

As if sunshine

Were burning

In the heart of every cell,

Inundating body and mind,

And holding me

Up and afloat,

Buoyant and light.
